MistyElectronics has been selling online since 1996, and on eBay since 1998. I started selling on the old online discussion groups, USENET, kind of like the Craig's List of its time. In 1998 I joined eBay, and have been selling ever since.
To give you an idea on how long MistyElectronics has been selling, consider the following:

2) Approximately 45 million people are using the Internet in 1996, with roughly 30 million of those in North America (9 million in Europe, and 6 million in Asia/Pacific (Australia, Japan, etc.). Estimates for today show there are over five Billion internet users today
3) The most common way people accessed the internet was through America Online using a free disk they received in the mail or any computer magazine.
So many things have changed in the 23 years since we started selling, but not our dedication to customer service and satisfaction.
Shipping Policy
We offer free fast shipping. Items purchased before 10 am eastern time ship the same day. If purchased after 10 am they ship the next business day.

SHIPPING
Most stated shipping charges are to cover shipping via ground service within the contiguous lower 48 United States of America ONLY. We exclusively use UPS / FedEx for shipping except for some of our large items, large servers, and large printers. We do not ship with the post office (USPS), therefore we do not ship to APO or PO Boxes. We do not ship COD. We do not ship outside of the USA or to U.S. territories. We generally ship within 3 business days of receiving your payment. Additional funds are required for shipping to Alaska, and Hawaii since shipment by air is required. We do not discount shipping any further for multiple items orders.
RETURNS
If you received merchandise from us that was damaged during shipment, is defective and carries a warranty, or is not what you ordered, you must contact us through eBay's Messages within 3 days of receiving the package to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Should you have to ship your item back to us, all accessories that were shipped with your item must also be returned in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange. If the conditions for a refund are not met, we may choose, at our discretion, to accept the return of an item for a refund, less a 20% restocking fee. All of the merchandise that we sell is sold in used condition, 'AS IS', and without warranty, unless clearly stated otherwise in the auction listing. Initial shipment charges are not refundable.
