(4) sets of NEW 'old-stock' Avaya / Plantronics headset adapters for many types of desk phones.
These wire in-line with the existing handset and allow for either headset or handset to be used.
Adapter has volume, selector and mute controls as well as DIP switch settings for many types of phones.
Headsets will need standard ear foam pads from headphones. These were removed because of dry rot
from sitting too long in the box.
